Courses 5 and 6 with The Druid Forest School: Learn about and Celebrate the Festivals of the Ancient Irish The two Festivals Modules are: Module 5: The Fire Festivals: Samhain, Imbolc, Beltain and Lughnasadh. Module 6: The Cross Quarter Festivals: Winter Solstice, Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox. ​The aim of this exercise is to share important principles and information concerning study and celebration of the festivals of the ancient Irish. Especially and of over-riding importance, there is the need for such celebration to be personally authentic. So the aim of this course is to allow you to personally prepare for and then celebrate and then evaluate the next up-coming festival, and then each festival of your year ahead, in a way that: A. Is informed as to the history and nature of the festival B. Connects you to and honours your own personal life-cycle: where you truly are in life now, and where you hope to move to in your life. C.
