Fasting Day One

FASTING As anyone on Facebook who is a friend of mine already knows I am fasting as of yesterday along with my friend, Peter Metcalfe, in Hebden Bridge. It is our intention to fast for one week. The fast started on 27/09/2015 and will end at midnight on 3/10/2015. These are the Rules: The Rules: 1) Honey and Lemon allowed 2) Only Fluids allowed are water, hot or cold, mixed with one or both of the above or plain. 3) Neem and Turmeric Each Morning (optional) 4) NOWT ELSE, as they say up Norf Day one pretty much went without incident, although Peter, much to my astonishment, worked at Pennine Provisions, which I would have really struggled with myself due to the fact that I do REALLY LIKE FOOD. How hard it is to fast then whilst having this outlook !! From my own previous Fasting Days and personal insight into fasting I usually become prone to severe cravings around evening time.
